I love the name Ophelia for a girl. But as soon as I told my boyfriend and some friends they all said the same thing. It sounds like. OH FEEL YA. Do you think a lot of people would make this connection and she would be made fun of?!?!

I answered this one below too. A lot of people think of the 'oh feel ya' thing...It's such a pretty name though. I would still consider using it if I loved it enough. Most kids probably get teased for something or other, whether it's their name, their freckles, their size, etc. If you're really worried about it though, maybe you should pick something else.
